There were vast courtyards surrounded by buildings and temples

Many of the carvings had been excavated and cleaned up

No mater where you wandered in the forest, there were ruins peeking out amount the trees

This was our Swiss friend we met while wandering through the ruins

Terry and our new found friend bounding down the steps

Thatched pavilions were set up to provide shelter from the sun and rain

The foliage was breathtaking

Aparently the ants liked this place too. We saw armies of them in single file lines, each carrying a fragment of leaf
