Cyaking the lake around Flores

The day after we explored Tikal, we rented some sit on top kayaks from the hotel and went out on the lake.

There were all sorts of waterfowl around the lake, perched on stumps portruding from the water

These geese lets us get surprisingly close

This little gull was just waiting out the sunset

The water was pretty warm, but I'm really glad we didn't go for a swim. After the fact, we found out there were alligators in this lake
